  1. Whenever anyone asks me, or talks about my running, it’s usually the same if they are a non-runner…..can’t get past 2 or 3 miles. I know, most days neither can I. The first 3 miles SuCk! Once I push past, I find a rhythm, the sweat is just there, the breathing isn’t gasping, and its just running. Cheers to week three and getting closer to breathing not gasping!

  2. Ouch and double ouch!! Twisted/ sprained my ankle really badly this morning crossing the stream during dog walking in the wood? No really badly – thought I was going to faint – vision went all black and White, ears ringing etc. Crawled home – now RICE – ing it. Will have to start up at week 1 when it’s mended….. What a bu***er!!
